Wow I haven't updated in a while......
I am now down 17lbs and well lets say my little guys lost my tape measure so I cant update the inches :(
I have had two cheat days and let me tell you they were so not worth it. My loss would be more had I not done them so I highly don't recommend cheat days. Stick to it!! I can tell a huge difference in my clothes and how they fit. I am pretty happy with my results thus far. I am going to go the full 40 days. I made it this far what's 19 more? ;) So here are the new pics the blue shirt is from a week or two ago and the brown shirt is from today.
My HcG journal and pics. Does it work?

Day 8
I know it doesn't really appear that I have lost that much weight LOL I just looked at the pictures again. You can tell the difference in the side view. I am really looking forward to the final result. The best part of this diet is getting on the scale every morning and seeing the results whether a lot or a little there are still results. I am down a little over 8lbs now! YAY

Going into day 7

Day 4 and part of day 5 :)
Well day four was a good day .8lb lost and I will be honest I was a little sad by that number, but because day 3 I was so busy running around I didn't drink near enough water and I ate dinner well after 7pm. But yesterday I was able to catch up on my fluids and eat better. I woke up this morning and got on the scale and I had to do a double take. I was down 1.8lbs!!! I was really happy to see that, and I am down another 1/2 inch in my waist. So far I am really happy with my results. Today I gave in a little and added a tbs of milk to my coffee. The website says its ok but until today I hadn't done it :) It helps a lot with the bitterness of black coffee LOL. Well stay tuned for tomorrow....I think tonight I will be making meatloaf! I can have BBQ sauce. The brand I got is Stubb's BBQ sauce. I wont use it often because I don't want to add too much outside of what I am already doing, but I sure do miss BBQ sauce and blue cheese dressing and dark chocolate LOL.

Day 3 DONE!! :) Recipe#3
I am not sure if I've said it yet or not, but this diet is not that hard when you use the recipes given!! Today was a little difficult beings they were giving samples of the new fondue product and I cant eat chocolate!! Dinner was yummy again tonight. I had chili.
Chili

Pinch of onion powder
¼ teaspoon chili powder
Pinch of oregano
Cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Brown ground beef in small frying pan, add onions and garlic. Stir in tomatoes and water. Add spices and simmer slowly until liquid is reduced. The longer it cooks the more tender and flavorful. Day 2 Phase 2 and tonights recipe!!
Today has been a pretty good day. I woke up this morning and to my pleasant surprise I am down 1.8lbs!! That's a decent start. As the day had gone on I have noticed that I feel full faster. I am not having as hard of a time drinking 1/2 to 1 gallons of water a day (I know it sounds like a lot). This morning I treated my self to an iced Americano (plain black) from Starbucks. I am thoroughly enjoying the new recipes and tonight's the only modification for my family was adding rice! Super easy.
Recipe #2 Curry Chicken
100 grams of chicken breast cubed (I cooked mine and my family's separate since I had to measure out the meat)
1/4 Cup chicken broth (I used Swanson's 99% fat free)
1/4tsp Curry Powder (more to taste if desired)
Pinch of Turmeric
Dash of Garlic Powder
Dash of Onion Powder
1tbs minced Onion
Salt and Pepper to taste (I didn't add any)
Cayenne to taste
Directions: Dissolve spices in chicken broth. Add chopped onion and chicken. Saute chicken until fully cooked and liquid is reduced by half.
I had a salad with 1tbs Apple Cider Vinegar as dressing for my vegetable and I had strawberries for my fruit.
